Team Shade members will receive a 5% rebate on qualifying purchases* made at Shade retail locations and shadeclothing.com. Once a Team Shade account reaches $5, the customer will receive a $5 reward certificate that can be used toward their next purchase at Shade Clothing. Members enrolling at a store must provide their name, street address including city, state and zip, email address and phone number at the time they sign up for membership. The customer phone number will be used to identify Team Shade accounts and track purchases. If a phone number changes, the member should contact customer service to change the phone number on the account. Team Shade membership is for life or until the customer requests to be removed from the Team Shade program. There is no membership fee required to participate in the Team Shade Rewards Program. Customers placing online orders will have the option to enroll in the Team Shade program. Customer account data from the online order will be used to create the Team Shade account in the customer database. Benefits are accrued automatically each time a customer logs into their online Shade account.

*Purchases not eligible for the 5% rebate include but are not limited to: sale/ clearance items (prices ending in $._9), gift cards, services or fees. The 5% rebate will not be given on items being purchased with a gift card. If a customer is paying for part of a purchase with a gift card, the rebate will only be given on the portion of the transaction that is paid in cash, check or charge.

Team Shade Reward Certificates

Rebates on qualifying purchases accrue in the form of Team Shade reward certificates that are mailed to the customer in $5 increments. The reward certificate will be mailed within 2 weeks of the account reaching $5. If the account balance exceeds $5, any amount over $5 will be held toward the next $5 reward certificate. Shade reward certificates have no cash value and can only be used in a single transaction at Shade retails stores and shadeclothing.com. Certificates expire 6 months from the time they are issued. Certificates are transferable and can be redeemed by anyone. Shade Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen reward certificates. The Shade Clothing customer service team is always available to offer assistance. Customer service can answer Team Shade membership questions, check account balances, or answer questions about Shade product and orders.
