Personal Shopper - Job Description

A Shade Personal Shopper provides the ultimate shopping experience for their clients by providing personal attention, the latest style information, and the best deals and discounts available on Shade Products. Personal Shoppers are independent business owners and earn 10-35% commissions on sales through Online, Kiosk, Shade Store and Direct sales. Personal Shoppers maintain a minimum monthly sales total of $250 in Direct sales. Sales goal incentives are generally based on reaching $2,000 in sales per month. There are no sales territories or areas.

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

Manage day-to-day business functions of an in-home business

Promote business and develop client database

Assist clients with Shade product selections, purchases, exchanges

Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential clients

Possess strongly developed organizational skills

Ability to communication with general public

Computer proficiency in internet, email, Word

Self-motivated and strong work ethics

Sales and goal oriented
