Shade Clothing will gladly accept returns on any unworn, unwashed product purchased through a Showcase or the Internet within 30 days* of the shipment date. Please fill out a copy of the Return & Exchange Form (PDF) and mail it along with your product(s) to:

*Signature Line Return/Exchange Policy:
Basic Black dresses may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the shipment date. Unworn and unwashed dresses should be returned in their original packaging, along with a Return & Exchange Form containing proof of purchase information. All internet orders for Basic Black will include a UPS return label for convenience in returning or exchanging dresses. A $4.95 fee will be charged to your credit card when processing these returns. Exchanges will be shipped to you with no additional charge for shipping.
Items Shipped in Error:
If an order was filled incorrectly by Shade Clothing, please contact the Customer Service Department at 1.877.49SHADE (877.497.4233) as soon as possible. The correct product(s) will be shipped promptly and a return label will be provided to return the incorrect product(s).
Defective Shirts:
Shade Clothing will gladly exchange any product(s) with a manufacturer's defect within 30 days of the date it was received. Please contact the Shade Clothing Customer Service Department at 1.877.49SHADE to have this arranged. Shade will ship out a replacement product, along with a prepaid label, to return the defective product(s). Please fill out a copy of the Return & Exchange Form and include it with your return.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will not be refunded shipping and handling charges.

All Canadian returns and exchanges should be coordinated through your Personal Shopper or Shade Clothing Customer Service. Shade Clothing will gladly accept returns on any unworn, unwashed product(s) within 30 days* of the shipment date. A copy of your invoice and a completed Return & Exchange Form is required for full reimbursement, minus the duties/handling fee and shipping charges.
